Talking to the enthusiastic audience about health benefits of spices. Not many people are familiar with Indian food.
I prepared a zillion strawberries to make Strawberry Chutney, Strawberry Lassi and Strawberry Green Salad with Ginger-Cumin Dressing.
I made lots of strawberry chutney and gave out samples. It was a big hit at the festival.
Here I am with the Strawberry Festival chairperson, Angela Lopez.
Signed a few books.
Chatted with a few fans.
I had lunch with my family at the VIP lounge.
The festival was filled with a zillion people.
Entertainment for everyone.

The festival looks like fun, and I copied the chutney recipe-thanks!
ReplyDeleteKomali, that looks like it was a very good day for you and your book. Yesterday I made your salad recipe again, but used instead of strawberries frest Thai mango. Was also delicious.
