This is my breakfast table at the persimmon patch in my garden. Homemade granola with low fat milk and fresh fruit is my favorite breakfast any day. For Sunday morning breakfast, I add a fritata for a more sumptuous meal. I often end breakfast with coffee or chai.
I am fortunate to have several persimmon trees in my orchard. I not only love to devour them throughout the day but I also love to fill the baskets with fruit to make a fall statement in the kitchen and family room.
My garden mums create a fall focal point at the table
Homemade granola kissed with Indian spices becomes an irresistible treat at the breakfast table
