Home tour

Do you remember last week's post about a home tour? Today I am taking you inside of this beautiful home. Note that this 15,000 square foot house is the residence to one family. Words can't do it  justice.

Beautiful murals! Grand entrance to 2nd floor.

Gorgeous chandeliers throughout the house.

Beautiful figurines.

Eclectic mix of the owner's ethnic pieces with traditional European paintings.

Cinderella couch by Lladro.

Traditional Indian prayer room. Hindus believe that when you pray to Lord Ganesha, he will remove all the obstacles from your life.

One of the family rooms.

Breakfast nook.

Dining room.

Hope you enjoyed a glimpse of the house.

  3. That's quite an impressive home, both in style and scale. It's always a treat to get such a tour. Hope you'll stop by to see our bed pillows. Jane F.

  4. Lovely to tour, but I could not live there.

  5. Very impressive house with lots of beautifull and interesting things. Thank you for sharing.
    Greetings, Johanna

  6. So many square feet for one lucky family! Impressive. Cinderellas coach is amazing and I guess someone met and married their prince:-)

  7. I just discovered your blog yesterday. Your interior decoration skills are "exceptional". So classy.
I have such mixed feelings about this house though. Beautiful indeed, but just viewing the pictures made me feel terribly lonely.
Huge, but I think the actual beauty of a house comes from it being a "home". I have always loved a house full of people, of family and friends, just loving being with each other. I think I couldn't live there either!
