Snowball Bush

My favorite snowball bush blooms every spring without fail. I love how pure white blooms hang like giant snowballs from the tree. Like lilacs, their blooming period is short. When they are in bloom, I love to bring them into the house and arrange them to enjoy indoors.

What truly intrigues me is the carved piece behind! Is that a piece of furniture? I am in love with the carvings!
