  1. Interesting there is going to be a Trader Joe's cookbook. One thing Maine, at least Portland, has that Houston doesn't have is Trader Joe's, so I go there at every opportunity. I've tried a couple of their Indian frozen dishes and they are quite good.

    1. Hi Lulu,
You can cook most of these dishes using other super market ingredients too.

  2. I love the cover graphics - very cool.

  3. Congratulations again on the publication of this book. We are getting a Trader Joe's soon.......Sarah

  4. They recently put one of those here. People have gone crazy over it. It is nice if you are big into cooking. I am not one of those.

  5. Oh Wow! That is so cool! Congratulations!! I bet you sell a ton of copies! :)

  6. Sounds wonderful - DH and I adore Indian food. We've never worked up to Vindaloo, but Rogan Josh and peshwari naan are among our favourites. Congratulations on the book. Happy Pink Saturday from the UK!

  9. I can't eat Indian food as I have a reaction to the spices but those tablescapes look like a real treat!

  10. Congratulations! I wish we had a Trader Joe's here in Alabama. I heard a rumor that we might be getting one soon! I would love to try recipes in your book. :D
