Last weekend, my friends Shobha and Surinder were visiting from Boston. She is the friend with whom I share similar interests and hobbies. We both love flower arranging, cooking, baking and have a special love for china. This is the time of the year that my garden is overflowing with fresh vegetables (especially the tomatoes), fruit and herbs. For every lunch and dinner, the menu was planned around garden bounty. We cooked, arranged flowers and shopped. What a fun and exciting weekend it was!

Your mango and bean salad looks delicious. We grow papayas in Mexico so I will probably add that to this recipe. Can't wait to try it!
