The Recipe:
Serves 4
• 1 cup Mango juice/nectar
• 1 cup Pineapple juice
• 1 cup Guava nectar
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• ½ cup coconut flavored rum, such as Malibu
• 1 tablespoon Rose syrup ( recipe follows)
Stir all the ingredients together in a pitcher, Serve it over the ice cubes in the glasses.
Rose Syrup
Yield: cup
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• ½ teaspoon green cardamom seed powder
• 1 teaspoon rosewater
• few drops of red food coloring
To make the syrup, boil sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring it to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add cardamom powder, rosewater and food coloring. Let the syrup come to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator upto 1 month.

Oh, I have been wanting to use some coconut rum! Do you know how to make a Bali Hai? I had one of those in a restaurant on vacation. Yummy! Also very tropical.
