Part II _ The Anniversary Table

After making the invitations, the next step was to plan the tablescape for the anniversary party. Unlike my signature style garden parties, this party had to be held in the house due to weather  restrictions. Since the party was for fifty people, multiple tables were arranged. After clearing the family room's furniture, we arranged 3 round tables in addition to the kitchen table and main dining table. The same color theme, teal, brown and silver, was carried out throughout the event. The linens I used are part of my collection.

Teal colored bamboo lanterns were used as an accent in the room.

At this time of the year, different varieties of proteas are blooming in my garden. I decided to use proteas in combination with succulents in silver bowls.

These red centered proteas are called Laucadendrons.

Silver votive candles are used throughout the house.

In future posts, I will share the cake, dessert buffet etc.
