Container gardening in the patio

I do a lot of container gardening in the patio. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know how much I depend on coleus for lasting color in the patio. Every  year, I experiment with different color combinations of coleus. Those vibrant colored coleus never fail to satisfy me year after year.

I love this color combination of plants in the following container. Persian shield, variegated geranium, Japanese painted fern, creeping jenny and silver falls.

  1. I have read your blog in the past, fell in love with it, and then couldn't find it again. I am so glad to see you at Foodie Friday this week (and in the first position!) because I have found you once again and am now officially following you so as not to miss a single post. I am a big fan of your beautiful gardens, but this post particularly resonates with me because pretty much all I do these days in container garden. Your containers are so lovely and creative that I hope to find much inspiration here.
