Edible gold: tangerines

Right now, there are three different varieties of easy peel tangerine trees exploding with fruit in my orchard. During this time of the year, I love making edible arrangements for the table.  Every morning I bring one bowl of tangerines to the kitchen table for the family to enjoy. I like to pluck the fruit and eat it right in front of the tree. There is something comforting about picking fruit from the tree and enjoying it right there. Don't you agree?
